What agent could do to change your mind?
Let me move in on the agreed date, maybe give some compensation as I\'m still paying storage fees 4 weeks later. Dealt with the situation professionally.

DISGUSTING!!! My daughter was forced to pay a 'holding fee' for a property of £240 which she borrowed off her grandfather. She was told she had to pay this to take the property off the market, the day after we found out someone had already moved into the property. we called the following day... Read Full Review

What agent could do to change your mind?
Fenix property did not respond to most of our emails asking for our money back. Correspondence was slow, and bizarly letters were signed \"Your\'s sincerely Fenix Property\". This suggested a very unprofessional approach. I have used several Newcastle and Teesside based estate agents and they have always been professional in dealing with any concerns. However, this company is NOT professional in their dealings and did not apologise or acknowledge the trouble they had caused.
