Unfortunately on some occasions where we are asked to fix something at a property, we cannot always authorise the work to be competed straight away when the case is not considered urgent. In this case where there was a dripping tap, we had to obtain the landlords permission to carry out the repair, this can sometimes take time depending on the landlord and how quickly they agree to the repair.
