Tenant Fees

Holding Deposit

The amount of the deposit is subject to the following caps:
No more than 5 weeks rent where the annual rent for the tenancy immediately after its grant, renewal or continuance is less than £50,000 pa. No more than 6 weeks rent where the annual rent for the tenancy immediately after its grant, renewal or continuance is £50,000 or more pa.

During Tenancy

Variation of Contract Fee (Tenant’s request) - £50 inc VAT.
Change of Sharer Fee (Tenant’s request) - £50 inc VAT.
Early Termination Fee (Tenant’s request) – Payment of Landlord New Tenant fee – £360 inc VAT and payment of all rent due under tenancy until start date of replacement tenancy.
Unpaid Rent: Interest will be charged at 3% above the Bank of England Base Rate from rent due date (levied once rent is 14 days in arrears).
