Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
Complaints Procedure
All complaints are dealt with in a timely and professional
manner. We are a member of The Property Ombudsman and hold up to date leaflets
explaining the complaints procedure. Should you have a complaint you will need
to put it in writing to Lisa Edwards who will send an acknowledgement within 7
working days. The complaint will then be fully investigated and dealt with. The
outcome of the complaint will be given in writing within 28 working days.
