Edward Stuart was born off the back of wanting to be better, more streamlined & tailored for the customer whilst maintaining all the profession of the corporate agents, and all the individuality of a local brand.
Rob Wallace had managed and overseen some of the largest and most successful branches in Peterborough during his 12 year tenure as an Estate Agent.
How can we be better?
One of the questions we always reflect on and asked ourselves as a new agent. What makes you (the main focus in all of this) pick us over someone else? Our focus from the get go was this;
Cut the costs to the owners.
Focus on the individual needs of our clients.
Keep the experience personal & remember this is a stressful time for everyone involved.
Keep the high levels of service & professionalism.
Keeping this in mind has allowed us to propel forward in the industry and correct the wrongs that we have heard from our customers whilst working under other high-street and corporate brands.
The Team
Rob Wallace ‘Director’ - Been the Manager of 2 top performing brands in Peterborough in his tenure, with over 1000 homes sold under his guidance. He is very experienced and well versed in property valuations, sales progressions and negotiations.
Tyson Panther ‘Senior Sales Executive’ - He joined the team after becoming a top performer whilst working for a large Estate Agency group. Tyson comes from a pedigree of customer service training which is a driving force behind our company, he is highly experienced in all areas of negotiation and sales progression.

As Edward Stuart expands we look to keep our core values as an agent, our customers are the forefront of our business, as we gain a lot of customers on recommendations and word of mouth. We look forward to hearing from you soon as we progress to be Peterborough’s #1.
