What agent could do to change your mind?
They could improve their telephone manner, they could treat their tenants like human beings and show some empathy. If they were to put themselves in the shoes of their customers, they would not accept the service that they give out, or the standards that they allow the housing for the tenants to live in. Their actions prove that they are only in it for the money.
