Based in our spacious offices in Sloane Square and Fulham Broadway, we let well over 600 properties every year. In fact, we’ve achieved a consistent annual growth of more than 25% since setting up shop.

Experts in property, we’re fundamentally all about people. Ours are key to Draker’s success, so we make sure everyone’s both trained and rewarded accordingly. We all work to a fundamental set of values encompassing continual, incremental improvement; integrity at all times; and total accountability to every customer and client. We’re aware that our industry isn’t perfect, so we go above and beyond the call of duty to promote trust and respect – both internally and externally.

Our extensive property list comprises high-quality rentals in Fulham, Chelsea, Knightsbridge, Belgravia and Pimlico and the surrounding areas. We focus exclusively on lettings because it’s what we know best, it’s what we do best and we think that we do it better than the rest.

We make a point of being friendly and easy to deal with, but you won’t find a more determined, dynamic and results-driven bunch on our patch.

We keep the whole process focused and straightforward – and we keep it moving. That means calling you back quickly, being available when it suits you, making sure you understand everything and giving helpful advice if it’s needed.

Draker Lettings are a member of The Property Ombudsman, The UK Association of Letting Agents and operate a full client monies protection scheme – which means that all client funds are protected at all times. We’re also members of the government authorized My Deposits protection scheme, ensuring that all tenants’ deposits are handled correctly to give both tenants and landlords peace of mind.
