With out prejudice. No stars warranted. I cannot recommend this rental company. The house was is poor condition when we took it on. Pointed this out to Emily, was told don't worry it will all written down for you. We had broken light bulbs, blown doors on the kitchen units, smoke alarm... Read Full Review

False advertised features in the property I rented, yes I admit there was an electric shower on the wall as advertised but was not informed it didn't work and would not be fixed. Comments on Agent Fees
Setting up the tenancy agreement was expensive and the credit checks cost were just insulting given anyone can do a credit check for free online. The "check out administration fees" just felt like a slap in the face after a year of sub standard service
