We are truly sorry you feel the cleaning charges applied are excessive. Please be assured, we cannot make final decisions on what sums to charge to your deposit, this can only be done by an independent arbitrator appointed by the Tenant Deposit Scheme (TDS). As such you will receive absolutely fair treatment in reaching a resolution.
