Dear Canadain, I am sorry that you are unhappy about how the tenancy you had with us was handled when you vacated at the end of your lease agreement, can you confirm the address so that I can investigate this further for you? In order for us to claim any funds from a tenants deposit for cleaning (or anything for that matter) we must show sufficient evidence to illustrate that without doubt the claim is justifiable. Dear Steve, We are sorry that your washing machine took so long to repair. Frustratingly the part took much longer to arrive than expected which we appreciate has been most inconvenient. Some of this delay was due to the supplier and the engineer not working at weekends which meant loosing additional days.
