Having looked further into this matter I understand a charge of £47+VAT (being £56.40) was requested from you for repairing the washing machine, not the £150 you have alleged in your complaint. The fault was discovered to be due to a button jammed in the drum, assumed to be from your clothing. This charge was then waived by your landlord after you complained. We thought this had satisfactorily resolved the matter so our team are genuinely surprised by your continued annoyance about this. ...
