Absolutely no way did this tenant move in without signing a tenancy agreement,who would hand over a security deposit,along with the first months rent without signing any documentation ?? Would be interested to have an address this relates to,Peter James are members of all professional bodies related to Estate Agency,such as ARLA and NAEA along with the estate agency Ombudsman. ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
did nothing right, nor did they act professionally- If they actually acted as a professional estate agents, did their job properly, answered the phone, treated us with respect, didn't rob money from us unnecessarily..... need i go on to say how much they COULD have done?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
