As a tenant for about 4 years, I found Peter to be very friendly, and effectively responded to management issues as they arose. That was no mean feat as my Landlord lives in New Zealand!

Davis Tate are not cheap, but they are thorough, and seem to have good CRM processes in use. The one aspect that soured an otherwise pleasurable rental experience was being charged £140 to check out of the property; as if the arrangement fee for the extended period didn't cover such overheads.
