I am not particularly happy about having to pay a substantial annual renewal fee to simply have my tenancy agreement updated, especially as I have been a good tenant in the same apartment for many years, but I understand that this is now common practice amongst all estate agents and David Andrew do not charge as much as some others do in this area.

We strongly believe that estate agent 'admin/checking' fees are too high, are disproportionate and represent a grossly unfair extra charge to tenants (and is a practice that should be strictly regulated), however David Andrew's charges were slightly less than other agencies we looked at in the area.
