I think the fees are competitive for a full service agent provided the reduction to 1 1/4% is provided as in my case. I would look to discuss the level depending on the house being marketed.

I was so sorry to hear that we inadvertantly inconvenienced you on a Friday evening viewing appointment. As you know the rental market moves very quickly in Eastleigh & sometimes events overtake us & matters go amiss.
