Back in 1992 we were located on the High Street in Caernarfon in a cosy shop with plasterboards separating us from the old town tunnels! We then moved to Bangor Street and as our team grew we relocated to 12 Y Maes some years later. This has now been our home for a number of years and our team grow from strength to strength, employing approximately 17 employees, giving us a wealth of local knowledge and expertise.

This office has a dedicated sales team, letting team, commercial department together with our professional services speciality team. Whatever your property needs, you can find it all under one roof here at our Caernarfon Branch.

Higher than some; not as high as other agents. A necessary evil when renting; we would rather pay though & get the superb service & propery management we get, than pay less & have a less satisfactory, unsupported experience, such as the one we just left. (bit unfair to accept a dog in the properthy & then ask for a month's rent as security deposit for her though! Dogs cause far less damage than children & tenants don't get charged for having them! :) )
