The only criticism I have is that the fees are very high compared to other Estate Agents - it's particular frustrating that my partner and I were not able to have a joint credit check (with other local estate agents we have been able to do so), despite being together for 6 years with many joint things enabling us to previously have a joint credit check. Also, it did feel like we were handing over money for the sake of it - a total of £285 was handed over in fees let alone deposit, first month's rent...
