I am happy with the fees. They were markedly reduced last year as one of the tenents remained in the property and found 4 friends so Dafydd Hardy only completed the contracts and undertook the usual checks to ensure suitability and guarantor.

They could have acted in my best interest and not that of a previous client. They could have phoned me when they promised to do so.

I wish I could say that my house sold! I am still waiting to be informed. The price agreed was‚£50,00 and the agents fee will, I believe, be ‚£1500 - this being their minimum. So a nice fee of 3% which is excessive and undeserved in my particular case.
