It's not something we hide, it's just not something most people enquire about. I haven't let through an agent before, so I am unable to comment in full on their fees. However, they could be more upfront about all of their fees during the application process (e.g. the fee for check-in on a Saturday and the fees for moving furniture if it's not left in the same place at the end of the tenancy).
