From the start they were quick to respond but then ghosted us on the date of the actual viewing. We waited outside for 20-25 minutes just incase, left voicemails and messages but completely ignored. This was with a 3 hour round trip to view the flat....

Actually shown up to the appointments. Beyond that, responded, apologised and refunded our train ticket.
