Claire. You told me my offer was accepted and the property was taken off the market as a result. You recommend your Solicitors, Mincoffs. Everything was going ahead as per your instructions, ID, mortgage, proof of funds, deposit etc.. It's not OK to say 'The vendor made a decision on who they wanted to sell the property to. As agents we are duty bound to carry out their instructions.' as you told me MY offer was accepted. Why would you tell someone that? ...
