Terrible communication. Customer service is non existent. Never keeps you updated (the customer has to do all the chasing and they never call you back). I would never recommend Connells in Yeovil, use a different agent or branch....

Gripe is with there maintenance team. Moved into apartment, boiler broken, no hot water for 4 weeks.
