Through no fault of our own, the situation we as your agents and you as a landlord found ourselves in was unfortunate, the tenants were fully qualified and passed referencing before move in however it was fortunate that you had the Rent and Legal insurance that guaranteed your rent and helped to finish the tenancy swiftly and in lines with the law.
