What agent could do to change your mind?
As mentioned above communication was hard work and difficult. The biggest improvement would be to be available to receive calls, listen to what I say and ensure I don't have to repeat information several times.Attached Filesnbsp;

I am sorry to hear that you feel like this with regards to the process of sale. The sale of your property was not entirely in the hands of ourselves as the lease length being quite short caused issues through-out the process resulting in a couple of buyers pulling out and changing their minds.
