Our fees were 0.85% which is low, but our house was cheap and I know others would have charged a flat fee that would have been less. In this case we accepted the higher fee because we needed CliveAnthony as they were also the ones dealing with our purchase.

Tenant Fees

Updated information about our fees 1st June 2019:
Clive Anthony Estates limited will make a charge only in relation to the following permitted payments:
Rent, a capped refundable tenancy deposit, a capped refundable holding deposit and a reasonable charge in relation to loss of keys, requests for a change of sharer, variation of a tenancy agreement or early surrender/tenancy termination.
Lost keys/fobs will be charged at the cost of any key/fob needed plus reasonable time costs for cutting and procurement of £15/hr incl VAT. Tenancy changes will incur charges of £50 incl VAT plus reasonable costs relating to the changes. Early termination will be charged at £50 incl VAT plus any financial losses suffered by the landlord or incurred by the agent in arranging for the tenant to leave.
