Mr. Kevin, I tried to resolve the matter with your company official TRACY KEMP after the end of tenancy on 16/02/2016. But the whole matter got dragged for 31 days and we didnt land on any decision. Further to my previous response, if you had any issues with the porposed deductions from your deposit, you had the ability to raise a dispute! All the terms and conditions of the tenancy deposit scheme were given to you at the outset along with a detailed inventory and a disc of photographs, so anything you were unhappy with could clearly be identified. ...
