They always achieve a very good rent but you have to be aware that a full years charges are taken up front which can make the cash flow difficult for a couple of months. Other charges are not the cheapest but I have weighed this against the extra rent they achieve.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If only you would reduce your admin fees. They are extortionate. please do something about it because I know for a fact competitors such as leaders are much better priced.
