We are very happy with the fact that we were only tied into the contract for 2 weeks, which meant that despite all the hard work that Choice put into selling our property, we owed nothing when we withdrew from the contract after 6 weeks. Obviously we couldn't fault that.

With a return to a healthier property market the art of gazumping is still alive and well in Choice Properties, Mablethorpe.
