This makes us one of the largest independent letting agents in the UK.
Our credentials, resources and network in the property industry give us a unique position, where we have access to various vendors, applicants and investors. Moreover, our vast portfolio of managed properties allows us to offer some great buy-to-let opportunities to investors.

The fees were lower than a lot of other companies and I like that they have a "couples fee" rather than paying a large sum for one person and an additional fee for others like a lot of companies which saved us money.

As an Australian immigrant to the UK who has no cognizance of what the usual accepted band of agents fees is I can't really comment on the value of this. All I can say is that the reference application was completed very quickly and all utilities were taken care of which is the main thing.
