I feel. I am not so much worse with Chase Evans, we just had 8 weeks without a proper window blind despite the fact that we asked for them to be fixed prior to us moving in. Property agent is always our of office and their OOO message says they will not acknowledge or read my email while they are away (but they will archive my email for record purpose, hurray!). 4 weeks not of the property now and no single sign of deposit or discussions related to that.

It seems there is many of us. I have experienced all the same problems you both have received. I also paid for the property to be immaculately cleaned before departing the property. Only to be told that they wanted £300 in deductions for the property being left in an "unclean condition"
Like you said its DAYLIGHT ROBBERY.
We went 7 weeks in the winter without Hot water.. Being forced to shower at friends and at the gym everyday. Can you imagine the stress.. Everyday we tried to chase them ...
