After many years of working in corporate and independent estate agency, our vision was something simple, but effective. The goal, right from day one, was for Chase Buchanan to be known as Not just another Estate Agent!

This remains true today, as we have evolved into the Areas's favourite estate agency. Never striving for world domination, we just want to make sure that we give our Clients and Customers the very best level of service and professionalism.

We currently enjoy a 97% recommendation rate, so we guess we are doing something right. If you have not used our services before, please give us a try. If you have - welcome back!

Our standard procedure, which is similar to many reputable agents, is to take a holding fee from the prospective tenant making the offer. This is to ensure that the offer is serious, as we will upon receipt of the offer pause marketing of the property until the offer has been accepted or declined by our client Landlord. This protects both parties and is deemed to be the fairest procedure. However we are always open to suggestions on how we could improve this process. If a holding fee is take ...
