Expensive - around £450 for what basically included one viewing and a £25 credit check. And lots of lies and misrepresentations about the property.

I am not surprised. I too had no response to e-mails, the telephone would ring and ring and when I questioned something they had done they refused to admit their mistake despite me having a screenshot of it. Liars! ...
