As far as the fee concern, it's hard to comment on it. Because the fee is the percentage of the price of the property the agent helps to sell. The amount of work in dealing with a two bedroom terrace house or a five bedrooms house are quite the same, obviously the turn over of selling a small property will be much faster then selling a bigger property.
