When Castle Estates was established, we realised that most clients search for properties online – this has increased to 99% today! Whilst having an office in the heart of Wandsworth, where we meet landlords and tenants, we don't have a traditional high street shop like most letting agencies do. This unique stance helps us maintain a low cost base and allows us to focus on what we’re good at; excellent client service at competitive rates. Castle Estates (South London) started as a franchise in 2004, the franchise was dissolved in 2011 and since then we have been an independent lettings agency. We are not a family business in the literal sense but if you ever come and meet us you will realise that we act and feel like one.
We operate throughout South West London covering Balham, Battersea, Brixton, Clapham, Colliers Wood, Earlsfield, Fulham, Oval, Putney, Southfields, Streatham, Tooting, Wandsworth and Wimbledon but also look after properties as far as Dulwich, Mitcham, Kingston and Twickenham. Comment on agent fees
They did a thorough review of the fees in the area before we settled on a fee each time we did a letting. When there were offers, they informed me of them but also gave me a sense of whether the tenant fit and accompanying offer were a good match. I felt this was a robust and thorough part of their service and I always good good value for my home and the tenants were reasonable and well matched to the property.
