Have been a landlord with this company for over 10 years. It has steadly gone downhill since Chris left circa 2016. Have taken back properties. Unhappy tenants, authorised repairs not carried out. No annual checks. Rude and unresponsive staff. AVOID at all costs....

I can assure whoever put this review on that all our Genuine tenants have a 24hr contact number to me personally that they can use, also the office is open 6 days a week and we run a Tenant help email which is reviewed DAILY offering priority contact.
