Comment on agent fees
Advantages of a quick let to a suitable candidate outweighed pressing for another ‚£25 pcm. Next time likely up to original rental of ‚£625 pcm. As mentioned above as first time landlord fees a minefield but have had them explained but they do mount up and await realisation of a return.

From the start, Jonathan has been very helpful and the service has been excellent.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could of worked for their money, I would of been better advertising my house on Facebook or other network save a lot of money! The agent we brought our new house from was more helpful. Currently going through legal to sort as I have disputed and none of my complaints have been answered. Wasn't just the 'none work' it was there mortgage advisor too.Attached Filesnbsp;
