Bradleys’ Sidmouth office opened in 1992 and is located at the top of the High Street. The office is double fronted with large window cards showing our clients’ properties off to their full effect. The office prides itself on customer service with an experienced, local team on hand to help. We are the only agent to provide a team that is trained in both sales and lettings, allowing us to accommodate each of our customers’ needs and be able to deliver the very best service. What agent could do to change your mind?
I'm afraid the referencing process really put me off. I have never had to use a different company to submit references online before and having to send copies of my bank statements via email really worried me. I found that the referencing was very impersonal and I didn't feel that the process was accurate enough as it was all done via a computer generated questionnaire. I felt that Bradleys would have told me whatever I wanted to hear, provided they got me to rent the property.Attached Filesnbsp;

I think fees for these services are too expensive across the board and not limited to just Bradleys. I didn't like having to deal with a different company for the references, especially when I had to email 3 months worth of bank statements to them! That I found very unnerving.
