These days given the proliferation of electronic media and communication Estate Agents fees are difficult to justify but once we established that the 'all inclusive' package did indeed mean everything, including the initial fee the solicitors requested, and our disappointment that the 'special deal' offered us by email only days after signing the agreement, was not actually available to us, we accepted that you get what you pay for.
