In this case I paid in all, over Two thousand one hundred pounds to this company in referencing fees, admin fees, deposit etc I was even charged nearly eighty pounds for a final inventory fee that appeared to be the same as the one I paid for when moving in... Compared to Twelve hundred pounds that I have just paid to my current letting agent for a far better property and service.
