Chloe, I am sorry that you have felt the need to complain. We work very hard at ensuring there is good communication with all parties. If you can please provide more information then we will fully investigate. On your comment regarding the Holding Fee I am slightly confused as this to my knowledge is common to every London agent I am aware of; one weeks holding deposit to secure the property which is then offset against the initial monies of 1st months rent and deposit. i look forward to hear ...
