Thanks for the reply but my comments are fair, we did chose to leave the property early but we paid for the month and we kindly said if you wanted to get someone in the month it was empty that was fine. All we asked was for the checkout to be brought forward, again because its not the norm doesnt mean this is surely not possible? And surely this wouldve been better for all parties. They are a little expensive but all fees from most agents now are getting higher and higher. It’s not great from a tenants perspective especially when you have to pay renewel fees every year or start off new and pay even more. But I am hoping that if we need anything they will be there to assist.
