The only fee I pay is the £20 for signing new contract each year which was introduced in 2016. I was shocked at first but I suppose this it is worth it

Recently asked Michael Sergison for information with regarding the valuation of my property. No problem. He spoke to his colleagues (another Belvoir Branch) and requested the information. Low and behold within a day I had an email with a desktop assessment. Now that is Excellent Service!

This was the first time we have used an estate agent so at first thought they were expensive however with the ease of contact we have with them, the friendliness, the regular inspections and the pro-active response to any issues we do now understand why they are now in place.
