What agent could do to change your mind?
The agents should be trained ... If it was a review on how well they can sit down on there nice lil red chairs and do nothing allday apart from playing Facebook on there laptops then they would five star! But it's not and there useless

What agent could do to change your mind?
They could have given us working keys, lightbulbs and realised that the place was cleaner when we left than when we moved in! Terrible letting agent, they should be fired and closed down.
