I have used Belvoir for a number of years now and have always been delighted with their service. There is a real old-fashioned attention to personal customer service and an efficiency and attention to detail which is much appreciated as a property owner busy with other things. Please never change! Please do not become big and impersonal as other letting agents have!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.

OUR COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE (NALS & TPO)


The Property Ombudsman complaints procedure timescales.

CODE OF PRACTICE

We have 3 days to acknowledge a written complaint

We then have 15 days to give a FULL RESPONSE explaining the option to escalate the complaint to the TPO.

We then have 8 weeks to complete a full investigation and issue a final viewpoint letter.

These timescales are the same if the complainant comes directly to us.
