The fees were reasonable compared to other local letting agents. Unfortunately fees with deposit ect are a lot for a family for find when needing to move but the way Belvoir have you pay in stages throughout the process is very helpful!

I arranged fees with them many years ago, and they have kept to these fees. No hidden costs, and two percentage points cheaper than the other 2 quotes I had at the time.
