We are, of course, very sorry to hear your views on the sale/purchase of your old rental properties. As previously explained, we had a change in circumstances after we had committed to the property that meant that we needed the cash for a much larger investment. It was not our plan to sell the properties but this became necessary in order for us to move forward as a business. Hello, I run the Belvoir franchise in Thirsk, North Yorkshire and this review has just been brought to my attention. It looks like it has been left for us in error. I can see that the reviewer is living in the postcode area SP4 and we cover YO7 which is about 280 miles away from us. As a small family run business, this review could be quite damaging to us and I wondered if Tracey should happen to read this, would she mind amending it to the correct office that you may have had some issues with? ...
