With more staff than ever before - 23 in total - the whole company is now structured around our staff and has had to adapt to change. We firmly believe as owners of the business that all of our staff play a key role in the success of Beecroft Estates and they are our lifeblood so to speak.

Our experience with Lynda Smith was exceptionally. We called the Mexborough branch and within a week we got the keys for the house. This agency has way lower fees than most agencies and they're really helpful when it comes to details....

I was happy with the fee's as I don't feel like I have been ripped off. They seemed fair for the amount of questions and changing documents round.
