Sorry HongZhang, We have to do referencing on all tenants, if your current landlord reported arrears its unlikely that our landlord would accept you as a tenant. If you wish to challenge this decision, please let me know, I will happily look at your application once the arrears are paid off or you provide evidence that you have paid the rent in full. ...

Hi Tryon, Thank you for confirming the water heater was fixed on the Friday after you reported it on Monday. Tenant Management Service
12% (inc. VAT), On Completion (Fees are negotiable)

Referencing and affordability checks on a prospective tenant
Collect and remit initial month’s rent received
Pursue non-payment of rent and provide advice on rent arrears actions
Deduct commission and other works
Advise all relevant utility providers of changes
Undertake two inspection visits per annum and notify landlord
Arrange routine repairs and instruct approved contractors
Hold keys throughout the tenancy term
Tenancy agreement and initial paperwork
Deduct any pre-tenancy invoices.
