It is definitely the worst housing agency in Luton. They lie, underestimate every problem. Their rented houses are ruins, you have to leave them because it is a waste of time and money. We are flooded with water all the time, the kitchen is crumbling, believe that there are holes in the walls, mice are entering go home through these holes to the house, and Agency do nothing, they delay and lie with repairs. Avoid this agency very much, because only problems are. They do not want to fix anythin ...

Rude staffs, illiterate and no common sense at all. They always make excuses in saying they would fix something and don't. Even when they send someone the person can't speak English and is also rude. The worse agent i have ever encounted. Avoid them!!!!...

Awful people who do not care for anyone. Hospitalised numerous amounts of times due to toxins of dangerous mould they seem to think is ok to survive in. Constant leaks that remain unfixed for over years! Floor is constantly damp and ruins everything! Not all lights work, but then again neither do all the sockets! I have been neglected by this agents for years! And the only time they ever bothered with me was for the wrong reasons! When a worker got my details from the system and harrassed me! St ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Stick to their word and go out there way for their customers needs. Provide keys safely to each individual so this problem wouldnt have occured in the first place. Actually send out people for repairs instead of saying someone will be round and never does turn up
