** was a very difficult tenant , so Im surprised we even got a one star!
The landlord had had enough of her and had asked us to serve notice for her to leave - we had to take the matter to court to get a possession order.
Obviously, I was the deliverer of bad and therefore the remarks.
We work for our landlords and clearly ** was a wrong choice of tenant .
she actually wanted to stay on , but the landlord want her out - so there was no question of her staying on with Apple Estates as we wo ...
